cufflinks.jpgPam Eisan, Terrace Restaurant Supervisor, overheard two ladies vacationing from Toronto discussing their plans for the day over breakfast.  They were saying how much they would like to visit Grand Pre, Wolfville and the Fundy shore, but that they did not feel up to renting a car and doing all that driving . . .

 

Annaleisa Waito.jpgBeing Pastry Chef at the Prince George is very rewarding and has turned out to be a great career opportunity for me.  I've been able to travel to New York and Chicago and all over Canada, competing, sampling and learning how to make the best food around.  I'm often asked how I came to be Pastry Chef, and here's the story . . .
