The mission of Hope Cottage on Brunswick Street in Halifax is to provide meals to those who cannot afford to obtain meals themselves.
The employee team at The Prince George is proud to support Hope Cottage. Inspired by the spirit of giving during the Holiday Season of 2006, for each month of the past 18 months, our kitchen team has prepared 2 large pots of soup and a group of eager PG employees has made and donated 12 dozen sandwiches to Hope Cottage.
We also prepared and served 200 meals last Thanksgiving to mark the holiday. We plan to continue our monthly show of support.
