Pam Eisan, Terrace Restaurant Supervisor, overheard two ladies vacationing from Toronto discussing their plans for the day over breakfast. They were saying how much they would like to visit Grand Pre, Wolfville and the Fundy shore, but that they did not feel up to renting a car and doing all that driving.
Pam explained that she would be finishing work at 11 a.m. and if they could wait until then she would be happy to take them on a drive to those places they wished to visit.
At 11.30, the trio departed for the Annapolis Valley and took in all the sights of the region. They shared a lunch at Domain D'or Winery in Grand Pre, visited the town of Wolfville and paddled along the shores of the Northumberland Straight. Pam returned the two ladies to the front door of the hotel just in time for them to catch the weekly Manager's Cocktail Reception on the Regency Patio.
You will find Pam Eisan serving breakfast most mornings in the Terrace. One would never know that Chauffeur is not part of her job description. Special thanks to Pam for showing the kind of initiative that makes us proud!

Wow! Those two ladies will never forget their "experience" while staying in the maritimes. I bet they are elated they chose to stay at the Prince George Hotel. Congratulations Pam on the truly exceptional service you gave.
