What Makes the PG Special

Some of the things that make the PG special include our beds, the great hotel amenities, our wonderful outdoor patios, our location, the wonderful food - and I mean amazing! - staff that are like family members and friends, and great social events.  After some serious thought about what the underlining special factor is I had come up with what I think is the key - the root of what makes us special - it's our service, without a doubt!

I could work anywhere in the city, but I chose to work here because of the hotel's great reputation.  You will often here me say this to a guest, but not only to a guest, but to my friends also.  The honest truth is I am happy and proud to work here.  The team members are empowered, happy, like working here, and truly care about your stay, your trip and even your pet.  We care about what you will be seeing while in Halifax, making sure you stay in a room that suits your needs and making sure your stay is the best possible.  We truly love our hotel and the ability we have to give personal service based on you and your situation, and not just a random standard in a book.
