Our Sales Team "stormed" the Kitchen meeting recently to thank them for their hard work, cooperation and flexibility. In a hotel, it is vital for all departments to work together and our talented kitchen team continually works "magic" and pulls off some of the best events ever - and that makes us all look good.
The Sales Team wanted to express their appreciation and had made special candy bags with a black and white picture of each individual member of the Kitchen on the front. They then took the team on a tour of our new suites - which several of them had never had an opportunity to view -- the Kitchen is a busy place as we all know.
Ted Grant has recently been appointed Executive Chef of The Prince George, and Bee Choo Char as Gio Restaurant Chef. They were crowned King and Queen of the Kitchen and agreed, after a small protest, to have their picture taken to commemorate the event!
