Bee Choo and her team - including her equally talented and long serving supporters Mary Arab, 1st Cook and Annaleisa Waito, Pastry Chef - will develop the future menu offerings of Gio, one of Halifax's finest Restaurants. As Gio Restaurant Chef, Bee Choo will lead a small group of some of this country's brightest and most creative young culinary talents to continue growing Gio's well-established reputation for excellence.
