Maintenance Technician Application Deadline: August 29, 2008 Will ensure the smooth operation and avoidance of major expenses on breakdowns by continuous maintenance and monitoring of all mechanical systems; maintain the efficiency of the physical plant through continuous attention to all systems and fixtures throughout the building. Must be versatile and efficient when responding to all maintenance requests in the hotel and to ensure that they are completed within a reasonable amount of time. Perform auxiliary tasks when required and to execute any reasonable additional assignments determined by management and guests. Willingness to upgrade skill levels through continuous training and offered courses (both internal and external), to enhance knowledge of existing and new maintenance procedures.
