Kitchen Steward

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all service wares, food preparation wares, work areas and equipment are cleaned to an impeccable standard. This position requires physical stamina and works with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies in a fast-paced environment requiring efficiency, an eye for detail and care for safety, sanitation and health. Previous stewarding experience is an asset. The successful applicant will be an individual who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, and is available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required.

Security Personnel
Application Deadline: May 23, 2008
Will be responsible to ensure the safety of guests, staff and visitors while maximizing overall hotel security through effective communication, audits, proactive security measures and constant monitoring of the hotel and its property. Must be mature, well-groomed, professional, and able to work independently. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organized, self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative. Must be able to work the ‘back-shift’: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m., including weekends and holidays. Experience an asset.
