Check In/Check Out

Check In is at 3:00pm (EST) and Check Out is at 1:00pm (EST).

Change or Cancel Reservation

Cancellations must be received the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations received on day of arrival prior to 4:00pm are subject to a cancellation fee. In the event of non-arrival, one night’s room and tax charge is charged to your credit card.

Paperless Receipts

Enjoy the convenience of receiving a copy of your finalized hotel bill sent via email. Avoid lost receipts and standing in line at check out. Register for Paperless Receipts

Pets

For a one-time add-on rate of $20 per stay, we provide a welcome package that includes a comfy fleecy blanket, some biodegradable waste bags, a bowl for food or water and an information package.
