Greediness Aside

“A cousin of mine who is a chef and has worked at a number of high-end hotels, including the Marriott in Vale, Colorado and the Royal York in Toronto, attended our wedding. She was very impressed with all 4 courses. This was very complimentary to me, having experienced her kitchen creations. I too love to cook (and eat)... Is there any chance we could get the recipe for either the Squash Risotto or the Belgian Chocolate Mousse cake? It is my understanding that the cake is a signature dessert, so I understand if the hotel doesn't want to divulge the recipe to me, and I won't be greedy and expect both recipes.”
