“Something else happened while I was there that I wanted to tell you about. On Sunday, after checking out, I discovered that my car wouldn't start, so I went to the concierge desk for help. Within seconds a number of your staff were all working together to try to help me. To make a long story short, the car eventually had to be left in the parkade until Monday... some of the staff were involved in this episode for an extended period of time, and all were courteous and kind throughout. Special thanks... for going above and beyond the call of duty and handling the situation with a cool head.”
