Unexpected Events

“During our various stays we had some unusual circumstances occur, such as I broke my foot and my step-mother suffered a heart attack... I am afraid I don't know the man's name, but one of the overnight staff came to the room and stayed with [us] until the ambulance left. The next day when he came back on duty, the same man called [her] at the hospital to see how she was. I can tell you that this touched her that he cared enough to call.”
