Long Day's Cup of Tea
“I needed help searching out a shipment of product sent to the hotel and got it. I asked for an additional flipchart and received it promptly. I received help packing up produce after my training session without even asking for any. I had an urgent problem back at the office and needed to receive files, work on them and then return them to the office electronically. I didn't have my laptop with me and asked if there was a computer terminal I could use. Arrangements were made for me to receive the files, use one of your computers to work on the files and send the files back to my office when I was finished. While I was working on the computer I was provided with a cup of tea, and after training all day I really appreciated the care and consideration. There are other examples I could cite but this letter would be far too long. What struck me was that every one I came in contact with during my stay provided the same outstanding service. It wasn't one or two people going out of their way, but rather every single staff member.”
